Xoom Adds Free Faxing

Xoom has launched a new free fax service for its members. Partnering with eFax, the service allows users to receive faxes by e-mail. Senders just dial the recipient's "XoomFax" number and hit "send." The fax is then digitized at the fax center, compressed and passed through e-mail to the user.
